We want you to love your Mure + Grand find, but if it's not a perfect match, you can return unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that jewelry, intimates, and sale items are final sale to ensure the health and safety of our community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
